Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an ODES product?
For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days.
Why can’t opened products be returned?
Intimate products are subject to strict hygiene standards. Once opened, we cannot resell them safely.
