RETURN POLICY
ODES Pleasure Boutique
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- This Return Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of ODES Pleasure Boutique (hereinafter: "Store").
- By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having read this Return Policy and agrees to its terms.
- The Seller exclusively ships new, unopened, hygienically sealed products. For this reason, strict return conditions apply.
2. NO RIGHT OF RETURN FOR OPENED PACKAGING (HYGIENE PRODUCTS)
⚠️ Hygiene products CANNOT be returned once the seal has been broken.
This applies to all products that may come into contact with intimate body parts, including but not limited to: vibrators, masturbators, masturbation sleeves, anal toys, couples toys, stimulators, dildos, lubricants, oils, gels, creams, and accessories falling under hygiene legislation.
A product CANNOT be returned if:
- The hygiene seal/sticker on the packaging has been broken.
- The product has been removed from the sealed inner packaging.
- The packaging has been opened, damaged, or deformed.
- There are signs of use, testing, or contact with skin/mucous membranes.
This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Furthermore, the outer packaging of ODES Pleasure Boutique contains a sealed sticker — once broken, the right to return is irrevocably forfeited.
3. RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Unopened products with intact seal, in original undamaged packaging, and showing no signs of use — including accessories without hygienic risk and non-sealed products such as chargers, bags, and storage cases.
4. RETURN PERIOD
The Consumer has 14 days after receipt to withdraw. This applies only to products whose seal has NOT been broken. Submit via: 📩 info@odespleasureboutique.com
5. RETURN PROCEDURE
- Report the return by email to info@odespleasureboutique.com
- Wait for confirmation with return instructions and return address.
- Ship within 14 days of the return request, in original undamaged packaging, in a sturdy shipping box.
- Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
6. RETURN COSTS
Return costs are at the Buyer's expense, unless the return is due to an error by ODES Pleasure Boutique. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. ASSESSMENT OF RETURNS
Returns will be rejected if the seal is broken, product is opened, signs of use are present, or packaging is damaged or incomplete. Rejected returns may be sent back to the Buyer at their expense after consultation.
8. REFUNDS
Valid returns are refunded within 14 days via the original payment method, after the return has been received and inspected.
9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Report within 3 days of receipt via 📩 info@odespleasureboutique.com, including order number, photos, and description. ODES Pleasure Boutique will arrange replacement, repair, or a solution at no cost.
