SHIPPING POLICY

ODES Pleasure Boutique

 

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the ODES Pleasure Boutique online store (hereinafter: "Store") and applies to all Orders placed via the Store.

2. By placing an Order, the Buyer declares to have read this Shipping Policy and agrees to its terms.

2. SHIPPING AREAS

1. All Orders from ODES Pleasure Boutique are shipped from the Netherlands.

2. The Seller ships exclusively to all countries within the European Union.

3. Delivery to countries outside the EU is currently not available.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

1. Shipping costs depend on the destination country, the chosen shipping method, and the weight or volume of the Order.

2. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, before the Order is finalised.

3. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated in the Store.

4. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault attributable to the Seller.

4. PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY TIME

1. Processing time is 1 business day.

2. Orders placed before 21:00 and fully paid will be processed the same day, provided the fulfilment centre is able to do so.

3. Estimated delivery times:
   • The Netherlands: next business day
   • Other EU countries: 2–5 business days

4. The above delivery times are estimates. Customs, public holidays, operational issues or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

5. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond the control of ODES Pleasure Boutique.

5. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

1. ODES Pleasure Boutique works with various professional parcel services, including:
   • PostNL, Bpost, DHL, UPS, DPD

2. The available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.

6. DISCREET PACKAGING AND SENDER

1. All Orders are packaged discreetly, with no reference to the nature of the products or the category 'pleasure' or 'intimacy'.

2. The sender listed on the package is: "OPB Retail"

3. Product names and product types are not visible on the outer packaging.

7. TRACKING AND DELIVERY

1. For most shipping methods, the Buyer will receive a tracking code once the Order has been handed over to the carrier by the fulfilment centre.

2. The Buyer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address and email address.

3. An Order is considered delivered once the carrier registers the delivery status.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS AND FAILED DELIVERY

1. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete address details.

2. If an Order cannot be delivered due to:
   • an incorrect or incomplete address
   • failure to collect from a collection point in time
   • refusal of receipt
   the package may be returned to ODES Pleasure Boutique.

3. In such cases, the Seller may:
   • reship the Order at the Buyer's expense for new shipping costs, or
   • refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition.

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT UPON RECEIPT

1. The Buyer is requested to inspect the packaging and contents upon receipt.

2. Damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

3. Damage reports must be sent to care@odespleasureboutique.com and must include:
   • order number
   • description of the damage
   • photos of the packaging and contents

4. Further handling will take place in accordance with the complaints procedure and, where applicable, the carrier's conditions.

10. PARTIAL DELIVERIES

1. In exceptional cases, an Order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

2. If this occurs, the Buyer will be informed accordingly.

11. AMENDMENTS TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

1. ODES Pleasure Boutique reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy for technical, legal or organisational reasons.

2. Amended terms will be published in the Store and will take effect on the indicated date.

3. Orders placed before the amendment will be fulfilled under the policy that was in effect on the date of the order.
